Sheesh, I gotta get back into the habit of updating this thing


Claire will be flying back to Germany on the 14th, I think. She stayed a bit longer than she'd expected, because of the problems she was having with her laptop before she came over - it had taken to overheating a lot, and had already fried one power cable and was starting to fry the one we sent her while I was still on my Admin. course. So she took it to be looked at and/or repaired, but that was taking ages, so she's ended up getting a new one with better specs one it - which didn't cost her much at all because her other laptop was still covered by its warranty before it went in. So that's that taken care of

I got a reply from one of the apprenticeships I applied for, and had an interview with them But I didn't get it. So it's back to the drawing board with me.

Our shop's still doing alright, and the animals are all fine - Engel had a couple of not-so-good sheds recently, but we reckon we've sorted that now. And the big African land snails my Mum got have been breeding like.. well, snails we now have two boxes of babies, at different ages. And they're eating a LOT of veggies.

In the art department, I'm getting some more ideas - it's just a case of getting them on paper. I've recently been reading the stories by HP Lovecraft. So expect pictures of some of those critters - they're awesome
